Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and fair relationship between us and our customers. These Terms of Service are compliant with Finnish law and regulations.

  • Momentum Movers provides moving services, including but not limited to, residential moves, commercial moves, packing services, and moving planning consultancy. Specific details of the services provided will be outlined in the contract agreed upon before the move.

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (25,5%). Services are charged at an hourly rate unless otherwise specified in a custom quote. Quotes are provided based on the information given by the customer. Additional costs may apply if there are changes or additions to the services requested.

    • Booking: Customers can book services through our website, by phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is complete.

    • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50 % of the estimated cost.

    • Changes: Any changes to the booked services must be communicated as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional costs may apply.

    • Packing: For customers opting for basic moving services, all items must be packed and ready for transport by the scheduled time.

    • Valuables: Customers should remove all valuables and important documents from items to be moved. Momentum Movers is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables that were not disclosed.

    • Damage: Momentum Movers will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your belongings. In case of damage caused by our negligence, we will repair or replace the item, up to the value of the damaged item.

    • Limitations: Momentum Movers is not responsible for damages due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or traffic delays.

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will address your concerns promptly and aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Finnish law.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

  • Momentum Movers reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
